Troy Donaghy is a Sydney based Artist who completed his MFA in drawing 2018 and a bachelor of fine arts in painting 2016 at The National Art School. He has also been involved with numerous group exhibitions.

There are two main concerns that figure prominently in his practice. The first is an engagement with subjects and themes associated with everyday. The second is an investigation of seeing as a process of revelation. Through drawing and painting he has sought an approach to pictorial construction that reflects the complexity of visual perception with its source connected to everyday experience.
